Are you a graduate with a bachelor's degree or a MSC, or a Scania technician and want to join us on our journey to develop sustainable transport?
We are looking for a dedicated process engineer to join our group who supports with production technical knowledge to assembly areas. As a process engineer, you will run projects cross-functionally together with various functions within Scania.
You are expected to run and implement projects from start to finish, where you are responsible for, for example, project goals, communication, schedules and risk management. You will be challenged by both cross-functional and technical problem solving.

Tasks
Your tasks will be varied with a focus on creating conditions for our new engine platform in the production process where we assemble our engines. You are responsible for one or more production areas where your tasks include:
• New acquisition and modification of production equipment
• Cross-functional problem solving
• Optimisation of flows for the production process
• Balancing of assembly within the production area
In your work, you will work closely with production, product preparation, production maintenance, global process technology and several of our external suppliers.
You will be a key person in the local management team where you will participate in various projects with continuous process improvements. You will get a wide network of contacts and you will also communicate improvements in the production process with our colleagues in Brazil and within TRATON GROUP.
Do you have this background?
We are looking for someone who has a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or Scania technician, preferably with a focus on production or logistics. You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
As a person, you have a driven approach and are curious to learn new things. To be able to do a good job, you should be structured, solution-oriented, unpretentious and flexible. You think that meetings with people are exciting and developing, and working in a team is a matter of course for you.
