To be successful in this role, we believe that you have:
• Comprehensive understanding of the IKEA concept, its Brand identity, Culture & Values and strategic directions.
• Comprehensive understanding of Ingka Centres business, its market and industry; knowledge of Ingka centres core business operations and key interactions between domains and Meeting places.
• Broad understanding of Ingka Centres business, leasing and operational processes, their inter-dependencies and how to work through them.
• General understanding of how to assess, analyze and mitigate risks in a business environment.
• Good understanding of data science, new technologies, analytics and their wide ranging application in business context.
• Good understanding of how to create and implement change initiatives and manage stakeholders in Ingka.
• Good understanding of project management processes including methods and tools; and how to integrate them.
• Good understanding of the customer needs, demands and expectations on the markets.
• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US
As a Process Development Leader you are leading the design and implementation of the Sales and Leasing end-to-end process to secure fit for purpose, standardized and automated ways of working and also leads continuous improvement of process with all relevant stakeholders cross Ingka Centres and Ingka Group.
You will optimize the meeting place experience for the many people to drive visitation to the Meeting Places and IKEA and deliver sustainable business growth for our Partners and Meeting Places. This, to achieve operational results, drive efficiency improvements and enhance commercial performance and brand value of the Meeting Places.
Additionally, you will:
• Lead a specific process design and prepare basis for decisions with end to end process view and collaborate closely with relevant such as group Functions and domains.
• Secure consistency and interdependencies in the process development towards other connected processes
• Secure consistency and interdependencies in Dynamics or other relevant solutions supporting the Sales and leasing processes.
• Lead the implementation and establishment of the process ways of working and secure designed process efficiencies and effectiveness.
• Assess and analyze the business benefit of identified process improvement potentials of specific processes and lead continuous improvement initiatives cross-functionally.
• Lead the process documentation according to defined framework, (process maps, working methods, task descriptions, measurement specifications and learning material, ...)
• Lead initiatives and projects and act as specific Sales and Leasing process representative contributing to other Ingka Centres projects, e.g. new countries, new touchpoints, new digital solutions etc.
• Secure and maintain a connection with and between Meeting places, Domains in core areas and, process teams within the Ingka Group.
• Secure cross-organizational readiness and continued business growth in terms of competence, performance and succession through enabling an end-to-end approach.
In this position, you will be based in Malmö, Sweden. Your manager will be our Sales & Leasing Administration Manager.

As a Process Development Leader at Ingka Centres, you will be a part of the Operations domain. The purpose of the Operations domain is to optimize the Meeting Place experience for the many people and deliver sustainable business growth for our Partners and Meeting Places. Moreover, to achieve operational results, drive efficiency improvements and enhance commercial performance and brand value of the Meeting Places.
