Our team needs a Process Developer for financial flows

• who loves translating business and process requirements into technical requirements. Who can talk both finance geek language and tech-head speak and is not afraid of challenging either to get to the best results.
A master in analysis, architecture and documentation, who will help continuously improve our solutions and help us measure their efficiency and effectiveness, using modern methods, tools and best practices.
An expert in putting the details of our processes and their solutions on paper, supporting our solutions from design all the way to implementation.

Main Activities and Responsibilities
Together with the process manager and BSPM you will be the driving force in improving our process performance and ensuring we have the right tools for the job by:
• Translating the information needs into data entities, documenting and managing them
• Documenting the functionalities of our solutions in user stories and mapping them to the process work and dataflows
• Translating process requirements and business needs in technical requirements, system requirements and change management needs
• Providing methods and tools to measure our processes distinguishing between efficiency and effectiveness
• Making sure we follow sound architectural, process modelling and solution documentation principles and directives
• Facilitating workshops to analyze, design, develop and improve our process and solutions
• Quality assuring our process and solution documentation
• Giving input to our solution roadmap and helping to set priorities
• Ensuring business support for the processes and the related solutions in cooperation with the BSPM
• Support the alignment of agreed process variants
• Contribute to prioritization of development of solutions
• Translate stated business needs into process design requirements, measurements and activities
• Ensure governance for all objects in of the process in relation to the Volvo Group Process Model and governance rules
• Securing an end to end perspective and integration between the solutions
• Introducing new technologies and approaches to drag our financial flows kicking and screaming into the 21st century.

Profile / Personal Competencies
• A wizard in UML, BPMN, SIPOC and agile story boarding as well as other process, workflow and data documentation methods.
• A great communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate globally across all levels of the organization
• A pragmatic thinker and do'er who gets things implemented and provides support in a Global environment.
• Capable of providing insights as well as solutions
• A make-it-happen attitude and a proven track record of managing change and priority setting
• Always have the business, the users and our customers in mind
• Although we like the philosophy that the journey is more important than the destination, we prefer getting results and focus on the goal
• An Austen or Hemmingway you needn't be, but fluency in English, both written and spoken is expected
• A structured and excellent analytic thinker, with a positive can-do attitude
• Like us, you are passionate about financial reporting and business control and the modern tools used in that area
• A strong business analysist able to deal with ambiguity and to come up with creative solutions to solve our problems
• Organizing and facillitating workshops is second nature to you
