Right now, we are looking for a UX Designer to join our evolving People Technology team. If you thrive in understanding user needs and translating them into intuitive and engaging interfaces, then this role could be for you!

As a an UX Designer within the People Technology area, you will focus on enhancing the user experience of our HR and Workday platforms. You will do this by leading UX design projects from conceptualization to implementation, including:
Conducting user research to gather insights and understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
Creating user personas, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Collaborating with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet business goals and user requirements.
Implementing and advocating for UX best practices and design thinking methodologies.
Testing and iteration on designs based on user feedback and usability testing.
Researching UX trends, tools, and technologies related to HR technologies.

As a professional you know how to empathize, both with end users as well as co-workers in different roles in the organization. You are a humble team-player that can teach non-designers design thinking and user centric design methodology, are not afraid to get your hands dirty for the sake the bigger purpose - even if it means stepping out of your comfort zone every now and then
Your experience:
Relevant education in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
Proven experience as a UX Designer, with a portfolio showcasing successful HR technology projects.
Proficiency in UX design tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma) and understanding of Workday functionality and limitations or similar platforms within the HR Technology field
Experience in conducting user research and usability testing
Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural corporate environment
Passion for human health, organizational psychology, and improving employee experiences through design.
