hela Sverige Do you have a passion to enable processes through systems? Are you technology savvy with good understanding of reward processes? If so, we hope you will apply to this exciting new position within in our Global Reward Competence and Support Centre (CSC).
The Reward CSC is responsible to design and deploy reward processes covering the areas of compensation, benefits, mobility, payroll and time & attendance. We govern reward policies, support entities/countries in aligning to those policies, and deliver services to the executive and mobile employee populations.
As Process Coach Reward, you will take responsibility for all systems supporting the reward processes. You will define and drive improvement in process efficiency and effectiveness using systems. You will take an active role in supporting MyLink but also all other systems supporting reward including mobility systems and local payroll and time & attendance systems.
Main responsibilities
• Define and propose changes to systems that optimize reward processes
• Stay informed of best practices and new functionality being introduced by SuccessFactors and other system providers
• Coordinate new releases with relevant global and local teams, coordinate testing and activities across processes when necessary.
• Update relevant documentation related to process and systems (process centre, QRG's, training material, etc.)
• Manage community of super users and communicate and deliver training
• Participate in projects that have a technology component (e.g. change in a payroll system, introduction of a time & attendance system)
• Develop and maintain test cases related to MyLink
• Assess reporting needs, design new reports and define for whom the reports should be published. Run reports for KPIs
• Collaborate with system experts in relevant support cases
You have a deep interest in technology and experience in using systems to improve process execution. You are creative and easily translate process issues into system solutions. You are a self-motivated person with a strong drive for result.
You pay attention to details, balanced with the ability to see the matters in a larger context. We believe you have excellent collaboration and communication skills. Previous experience working in projects is valuable.
You have a university bachelor degree or equivalent experience within the HR technology field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required.
