Poolia is recruiting an experienced and pro-active Financial Controller to Schoeller Arca Systems AB. The position is full-time and located in Perstorp.
Publiceringsdatum2007-10-24ArbetsuppgifterAs the head of the financial operations of Schoeller Arca Systems AB you will be responsible for the financial and business controlling of the Swedish subsidiaries.
You will supervise a team of three or four financial experts and you will be reporting to the Managing Director in Sweden and the Financial Manager in Finland. You will be a member of the Management Team in Sweden.
Your main responsibilities will include monthly reports to the Financial Manager of the North-East Region in Finland. The reporting comprises of monthly financial reports, cash flow, sales reports, investment calculations and other internal management reporting.
Other responsibilities are budgeting, forecasting, business planning and annual financial statements and also official reports such as tax, trade register etc. You will also act as a payroll and payments traffic manager. Insurances and local level financing are part of your duties.
The Financial Controller is responsible for IT-matters as well, although this sector is managed from the Netherlands. The company uses the following systems: iScala for ERP-system and Hyperion for group reporting.
ErfarenhetThe ideal candidate holds a Bachelor or Master Degree in business administration.
You have at least five years experience from the above mentioned tasks. Preferably, you have experience from corporate level annual financial statements, working in an international environment and in a manufacturing company.
You should have the ability to manage multiple tasks and have flexibility and willingness to accept a constantly changing environment. You are oriented towards providing solutions, not just identifying problems; a pro-active approach is essential. You are a team player who has the ability to work closely with other key persons in the company.
It is essential that you have a good understanding of the business and that you respond to and participate in developing the company?s business as a whole. You have good negotiating skills and control stress well. You are capable of working independently. It is important that you have good communication skills, appreciate team work, are analytical, decisive and result orientated.
A fluent spoken and written Swedish and English are language requirements.
