Own Process architecture, Requirements, Functional Specification and other consulting deliverables in technology-led transformation programs
Support sales and marketing efforts working with the sales and presales team. Be part of the Bid management/ Proposal team providing domain and business contents
Understand industry trends and lead the efforts to proactively build solutions and POCs (proofs of concept) working with the technology team
Lead and nurture a team for client engagements, market development activities and solution building
Required
Senior consulting professionals or industry practitioners with about 12-18 years of experience
Expertise in at least one functional area - Planning, Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain, Sourcing & Procurement, Logistics & Distribution, Customer Relationship, Sales, Channel Management, After market and Service
Exposure to at least one industry segment - Automotive, Aerospace, Discrete Manufacturing, Process Manufacturing, CPG or HiTech
Hands on experience in the capacity of Advisory Consultant or Business Consultant or Domain Consultant or Product Manager. Familiar with consulting deliverables
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
Client interfacing skills
Team skills
Preferred
Experience in working in cross functional teams of Project Managers, Architects, Tech SMEs etc.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Working knowledge of ERP and other IT business systems
Experience in business planning and solution strategy
Publication and invited speakership with business periodicals and industry forums
Global experience, especially stints in the US, Europe or Japan
Bachelors in Engineering/ Science or related / Masters in Engineering/ Science/ Management/ CA or related
IIBA/ APICS/ SCOR/ TOGAF or equivalent certifications
