hela Sverige https://www.hardrockcafe.com/location/gothenburg/We are looking for an ambitious Prep Cook to assist in the preparation of delicious salads, dressings, desserts.A great prep cook will be quick and diligent and willing to improve on the job.You will have to take care of the morning delivery , control and check the quality of the products.You will have to prepare all daily fresh salads ,dressing ,sauces and desserts from scratch. You will be deft and able to follow instructions as well as all health and safety rules in the kitchen. The ideal candidate will also be able to function in a fast-paced, busy environment as a part of a team.ResponsibilitiesFollow the prep list created by chefs to plan dutiesLabel and stock all ingredients on shelves so they can be organized and easily accessiblePrepare cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat etc.Prepare salads,dressings, desserts , sauces Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen,sanitizing surfaces, taking out trash etc.Ensure all food and other items are stored properlyComply with nutrition and sanitation guidelinesPerform other kitchen duties as assignedRequirementsProven experience as prep cookKnowledge of health and safety rules in a kitchenManual dexterity able to operate cutting tools and kitchen utensilsA team player with good communication skillsPatient with an ability to stay positive under pressure
