LeanNova Engineering is an engineering service company situated in Trollhättan, Sweden, created in 2012 by former engineers from Saab Automobile AB. Together with our main investor Fouriertransform AB, we are developing the company to compete internationally, mainly focusing on the automotive industry. We offer our customers excellence in development and integration of systems and attributes for complete vehicles. We have since the start-up in February 2012 grown to over 150 employees with a majority of former Saab engineers but also persons with other experiences. We will continue to grow rapidly and we plan to open offices in Shanghai and Gothenburg.
Position description
For this position, we are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer, working with electrical motor and inverter designs for electrical vehicle applications. You shall have experience within requirement setting, design and integration of electrical machines and inverters. Your task is to maximize efficiency and develop the best products with given constraints. You will have close collaboration with other engineering interfaces and suppliers. The work is mainly located in Trollhättan.
Skills & Requirements
• B.Sc or M.Sc degree in Electrical Engineering
• At least 5 years work experience as an Engineer
• Extensive work experience with electrical motor and inverter designs.
• Communicative in English and Swedish, both verbally and written.
• Project management skills
• Proven experience from the automotive industry
• Experience in the procurement process is an advantage
• Previously worked with subcontractors in the automotive industry is beneficial.
• Being able to travel on a frequent basis.
• Driving license
