hela Sverige Postdoctoral Position: Elucidation of the role of specific ubiquitin-binding proteins in regulating NFKB signalling in innate immune cells

You'll also be able to collaborate with a leading academic advisor who will provide further support and guidance. Additionally, we'll encourage you to attend and present at international scientific conferences and publish high-profile papers.
Your major responsibilities
• Investigating the effect of early and late signalling responses to known stimulators of the NKFB pathway using stable human cell lines
• Interrogating the role of specific ubiquitin-binding proteins in regulating NFKB in cells of the innate immune system
• Communicating novel findings to the scientific community at conferences and meetings
• Publishing scientific papers in high quality journals
• Working collaboratively with other experts
Minimum experience
• A PhD-level education (or equivalent) in Biochemistry, with a background in intracellular signalling
• Experience of receptor-to-NFKB signalling
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• The ability to independently design and execute decision-making experiments and interpret the results

• A strong passion for and commitment to science
