Simply Sweden is UK based tour operator with a branch office in Uppsala. We are one of the leading tour operators to Sweden & Norway and take great pride in our personal and knowledgeable service. We have been trading since 2006.
Simply Sweden is looking for 1 post sales support agent. You will be responsible for client documentation and liaising with clients regarding additional activities and services in relation to their holiday in a post sale environment. You will work as part of a small team ensuring the clients holidays exceeds their expectations.
This job is available on a temporary basis for 4 days a week (Mon, Tue, Thur and Fri) from 17th October to 3rd March.
Your CV and covering letter should highlight your customer service skills plus all the essential criteria detailed below.
Essential criteria
• Speak / write English fluently
• Ability to work in a small team
• Customer service focus
• Organisational and time management skills
• Computer literate in word, excel and other programs
• You must submit your CV and covering letter in English
Advantageous criteria
• Speak / write Swedish to conversational level
• Experience in the tourism industry
• Knowledge of travel across Scandinavia
• Knowledge of culture across Scandinavia
