Post doctor position i miljö- och naturresursekonomi - experimental economi med särskild inriktning mot experimentell ekonomi The Center for Environmental and Resource Economics (CERE) has about 25 affiliated researchers and phd students. CERE is located at the Department of Economics at Umeå University, and is a joint initiative between the SLU (Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences) and Umeå University. Inaugurated in 2009, CERE is now a well-established center with more than ten nationalities represented and a vigorous research exchange program. Arbetsuppgifter: The position is a full time scholarship for a period of three years, beginning no later than September 2016. The position as a postdoctoral researcher implies at least 80% research. The position is located in the Centre for Environmental and Resource Economics (CERE), and the successful applicant will be affiliated with the Department of Forest Economics, SLU ( http://www.slu.se/en/departments/forest-economics/ ). Kvalifikationer: Strong background in microeconomics and experimental economics is important. Also excellent language and communication skills in English (knowledge of Swedish is a merit). We also value ability to work in small groups or teams as well as pedagogical skills.

Important criteria for evaluation include: previous research and research planning relevant to experimental economics widely interpreted, and scientific skills, demonstrated through publications in scientific journals, other publications and successful research applications. A doctorate (PhD) in economics, or related fields, is required. The successful candidate will be free to pursue his/her own research agenda but should also be willing to be engage in research as part of a team. The applicant must have obtained the doctorate (PhD) degree no more than three years prior to the application deadline.
