- Give internal and external presentations
- Other tasks related to education/training
The successful candidate has a university/college Bachelor or Master's degree in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, engineering, or similar. Knowledge of pharmacovigilance, experience of project management, and pedagogical skills are also required.
It would be beneficial if you have experience of teaching or developing training, especially e-learning or remote learning. The work requires that you express yourself well in written and spoken English. Other language skills, e.g. French would be an advantage.
You are someone who enjoys working in close collaboration both within your own team as well as with colleagues elsewhere in the organisation. The role also requires a high degree of independent work. You should have an aptitude for development and innovation. To be successful in the role you will need a flexible mindset to cope well with changes in internal or external demands. You are self-driven and result-oriented with excellent communication skills both written and orally with a clear focus on quality. Other desirable attributes include being responsible, analytical, organized, and solutions oriented.
