We are looking for a Performance Marketer to join our growing team.
Main responsibilities:
• Lead on optimizing social media performance paid media advertising, and other key digital company channels to ensure growth targets are met
• Interpret core commercial business data and work with the wider marketing department to create actionable strategies that result in hitting our desired audiences with impact
• Contribute to campaign content optimization and ideation using data-based decision making, alongside content strategists and campaign managers
• Be the subject matter expert across all core marketing department data, including data from, but not limited to, Tableau, google analytics, social media, email marketing, playngo.com, our client zone and more
• Lead on social casino marketing strategies alongside our internal commercial teams, and be a consultant to our customers' social casino teams to offer advice on acquisition strategies and content
• Report to the Head of Communications

Requirements:
• 5+ years' experience working in a performance marketing role, or similar, preferably for a business that operates in a highly regulated environment
• Deep expertise across paid and organic channels, including social media and email, with true hands-on experience leading on acquisition
• Be a true data nerd, and someone who can communicate essential data-based information to varying audiences who may not be data-first thinkers
• Strong background in using tools such as Tableau, or similar, to run and report on data analysis and performance evaluation.
• A relentless desire to improve - every day
• Able to thrive in a very fast paced and agile, digital-focused environment
• An excellent multi-tasker with exceptional organisational abilities
• A confident communicator who is confident to be able to interact across all levels of the business immediately
• Experiencer working in the betting and gaming industry or similarly heavily regulated industries a plus, but not essential
