hela Sverige Transport Management needs a Performance Manager that takes care of the performance work within the organization. The performance is perceived as visible, high performing and with high quality road maps to reach the desired performance.
Description
• Challenge the organizations performance and ways-of-working in the process. The result is a high performing organization
• Participate in the target setting process to identify relevant targets and their desired performance. Documented in the corresponding Balanced Score Card
• Identify improvement areas within the process that needs to be addressed to reach the desired performance. Reported in the corresponding Balanced Score Card to next level manager in the Business Review meetings
• Identify, together with the line organization and process, corrective actions to reach the desired performance. Report in the corresponding Balanced Score Card to next level manager in the Business Review meetings
• Share and receive best practice in the Performance Network to eliminate duplication of work and diverged ways-of-working in the performance management work and the process. Gives effective and aligned performance management work and ways-of-working in the process
• Handle implementation of improved process ways-of-working, directives and performance management work to secure the correct usage of the process, tools, and performance work/methods. Gives a world class performing organization
• Participate in the organization's Operational development that gives a high performing organization with the best usage of resources
Qualification
• University degree in Logistics or equivalent is a valuable addition
• Good ability to speak and write Swedish and English
