The scale of our transformation means we're effectively building a vast new business, at pace. If you're comfortable with ambiguity and excited by the challenge of shaping things from the ground up, you'll be in your element here.
Your 'day to day'
As a People & Culture Operations Specialist, you will be a part of the Nordics P&C team and work closely with your colleagues to secure that compensation, benefits and personnel administration for the Nordic countries is carried out.
Your responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform activities related to attendance, benefits and mobility in close cooperation with our external providers
• Propose and implement solutions to simplify HR processes and reduce administrative pain points
• Contribute to driving a successful Employee Experience life-cycle
• Collaborate with a wide variety of local and remote teams and stakeholders
This role reports directly to the Team leader of P&C Operations Nordics. Besides tasks that the role comprehends, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to projects and be part of our company transformation to fulfill our vision of creating a smoke-free future.
Who we're looking for:
• 2- 3 years of experience within HR and benefits administration
• Good knowledge of labor law in at least one of the Nordic countries
• Fluency in English is essential in addition to one Scandinavian language
• Experience in using Microsoft Office tools (especially MS Excel)
• Knowledge of SAP is an asset
• Excellent prioritizing skills
• A collaborative, agile and open mindset
This is a fixed term contract until December 2022.
We are looking for an individual with an open mindset that has the ability to communicate solutions and ideas, someone that encompasses their curiosity and drive to develop multiple skills within P&C, Finance, Accounting or any other relevant areas. To be right for this position, you must be self-driven, committed, and forward thinking - with the willingness to collaborate and contribute to a company that really makes a change.
