We are currently seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team at Koenigsegg. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the payroll process using Agda PS, handling compensation for approximately 600 employees, including both White- and Blue collar employees under "Teknikavtalet" with Unionen/IF Metall.

In the role as a Payroll Specialist, you will be working in an environment characterized by significant growth and ongoing developments. Beyond the routine payroll tasks, we're actively enhancing our processes and embracing digital advancements, such as the implementation of a forthcoming HRM system.

Key Responsibilities:

- Proficiently manage Agda PS and Monitor systems.
- Participate in the preparation and implementation of a new HR system in 2024.
- Oversee the entire monthly and annual payroll process in Agda PS.
- Contribute to and support in salary revisions and statistical analysis.
- Provide support to managers and employees regarding payroll administrative inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with laws and collective agreements.
- Handle reporting and respond to inquiries from various authorities and partners.
- Manage user accounts and permissions for managers and others.
- Additionally, provide support to managers and employees with reports and other related tasks.

You will collaborate closely with our current senior Payroll Specialist to drive payroll operations forward. Additionally, you'll be part of a team consisting of an Onboarding Specialist, Talent Acquisition Specialists, an HR coordinator, a Learning and Development Coordinator, and the Vice President of HR. Together, this team works collaboratively to advance the HR function and provide support to our managers and employees.
To excel in this role, we are seeking a candidate who is analytical, well-organized, and capable of meeting deadlines. Applicants should have a minimum of 5 years of experience and thorough knowledge of the entire payroll process in Agda PS, along with relevant education and/or expertise in payroll administration, collective agreements, and applicable laws.

Additionally, experience in independently managing the payroll process, familiarity with business systems such as Monitor (time stamping), knowledge of "Teknikavtalet" with Unionen/IF Metall, and previous experience in a manufacturing company with both White- and Blue collar employees, as well as technical proficiency in various programs/systems/computer skills, are considered advantageous.

Desired Qualities:

- Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
- Flexibility, fearlessness, and an ability to see challenges instead of problems.
- Willingness to learn and adapt with a humble approach.
- Proficiency in Word and Excel.
- Possession of a valid driver's license (B-körkort).

Other Information:

We are an international company with employees from around the world, so fluency in English is necessary for effective communication, both verbally and in writing, in addition to Swedish.

Availability:

Immediate/As agreed upon.
Full-time position.
On-site in accordance with core office hours.
Normal working hours: 40 hours per week, overtime may occur.
