Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Payroll & Compensation Specialist to join the HR team at Cochlear BAS Headquarters located in Mölnlycke, Sweden. Reporting to the HR Director the role is responsible for our payroll and additional accountabilities within the area. It is a central role acting as employee liaison for payroll issues and with contacts throughout the company regarding payroll and taxes.

This role will also administer compensation programs and maintain our multiple HRIS systems, among them Oracle and Agda. Also within this role is to administer payroll as to policies and procedures as well as administration and HR reporting.

Key Requirements:
Ability to build strong internal and external relationships
5-10 years of experience in handling all responsibilities for an automated payroll function
Excellent knowledge in the payroll, insurance and tax area
Degree in Business Administration or similar
Fluent in both Swedish and English
Experience from an international company
