Then, you are a good fit for the opportunity as Payroll Administrator at Sectra!
As Payroll Administrator at Sectra, your main responsibilities will be:
Administering salaries, pensions, personnel-related insurance, benefits, personnel-related administrative systems, work evaluations, and personnel and salary statistics.
Both hands-on, routine activities involved in salary-related administration and more long-term strategic management in the Personnel Department.
Providing administrative support regarding pay, holiday, maternity leave etc. for Sectras employees in Sweden.
Being the company's representative in relation to external suppliers, and serving as the contact person for various authorities and government agencies.
Managing personnel-related administrative systems and ensuring that our agreements within your area of responsibility are complied with and administered in a secure and efficient manner.
Administrate employment contracts and add new employees into personnel-related administrative systems.

For this position, the following requirements apply:
Post-secondary education with good grades.
Fluency in English and Swedish.
Experience from salary administration.
Experience of working in Microsoft Office.
Assets
In addition, we consider it an asset if you also have:
Previous experience from software systems within salary administration, preferably Flex Lön and Flex HRM Travel.
Fluency in other languages than those mentioned above (please tell us which languages).
Experience in some form of leadership role, within work, student organizations or leisure activities.
A background in, or experience from, a country other than Sweden.
