Job Description
As a Payment specialist technical coordinator within the Payment area, you will be a part of a small cross-functional and cross-competent team working with in-store payments. You will work in close collaboration with the Product Owner, Business Experts, Software Engineers and Data Analysts as well as our vendors and partners. You will work in coordinating and project lead with our internal stakeholders as well as with our partners and vendors such as our PSP (Payment Service Providers). You will also be involved in setting the team 's Objectives & Key Results, exploring business and customer needs, identifying new products features as well as improving the existing ones.
Responsibilities
Driving and coordinating ongoing product initiatives, such as procurement, integration, and expansion in new countries with Payment in Store expertise.
Work closely with stakeholders within H&M and our 50+ suppliers.
Keeping track together with the team on new trends and technology within the Payments area.
A self-starter who ensures progress towards OKRs for successful product development.
Facilitate workshops together with internal and/or external stakeholders·
Be creative, identify, participate, and perform continuous improvements within the Payment in Store area.
Review and approve design solutions created by external suppliers and align with service portfolio & demands.

Qualifications

Furthermore, we believe you have:
3+ years of experience as Payment Specialist or similar from the FinTech industry.
Working experience in card acquiring, Payment Service Provider (PSP), Mobile payment solutions and/or Buy Now Pay Later services.
Technical experience from above services.
Ability to communicate about solutions and possible challenges on both a conceptual and a technical level.
Strong coordination and project management skills, being able to work with many different stakeholders.
Good general knowledge of information and IT security.
Experience of Agile and with Scrum/Kanban methodology.
