Job description
AWA is looking for a patent attorney with extensive experience of the South Korean patent system, the South Korean patent business and patent prosecution (preferably SEP 's) in South Korea to our office in Lund. We are looking for a South Korean Patent attorney with at least 10+ years of experience of the South Korean patent market and of prosecution of South Korean ICT (preferably SEP 's) patent applications and with an interest in learning the EP prosecution system. You should be goal oriented, self-motivated and used to work in teams to assist different types of clients from various technological backgrounds. You should be fluent in spoken and written English and be well familiar with the windows-family and IP-management systems.
In the position as a patent attorney at AWA Sweden AB, you will be able to work with the whole spectra of the patent area and have a specific focus on assisting our clients with strategic advice of prosecution of patent applications in Europe and South Korea. You will be working with domestic and international clients and assisting them in how to secure the business values of their intellectual property assets in the best way.
