Two key positions will exist to join the leadership team.
Pastoral manager
Academic manager
You will work closely with the Principal and be responsible for the co-ordination, leadership and management of the pastoral care and academic progress of every student in the school.
Both positions leadership roles for team players. You will have a track record of producing excellent results and will have the potential to spread good practice and build highly-effective teams. We require two colleagues who are committed to high standards of learning, student progress, high levels of student wellbeing and who can clearly help our students to reach their potential, and beyond.
