Arbetsuppgifter
Areas of Responsibility

The Customer Care department at Oriflame, foremost handles the communication between the sales force and the company. Your role will be crucial in keeping the satisfaction and experience of Oriflame on a high level and to ensure repurchases. You will be working primarily with inquiries by phone and e-mail. Handle queries from the UK and Irish sales force. As Oriflame is constantly developing their business, you will be an important part of all new projects. This will make the position quite dynamic and will be dependent on your feedback and ingenuity as a Customer Care Associate.

As a Customer Care Associate you support the UK and the Irish sales force in order, claim and return handling. You interact with the UK sales- and marketing department to secure that the marketing and sales actions are implemented with excellence in sales systems and communication. Furthermore you are responsible for webinars to the English speaking sales force in the UK.

Profil
We are looking for

• A person that is organized, service-minded and self-acting
• A person that has English as her/his mother tongue
• A person that has excellent communication skills is pragmatic, proactive and has attention to details.
