Job Description
Are you an expert on social media, have a creative mind and want to be a part of a fashion and lifestyle company with a Nordic soul? Do you have a proven track record and are genuinely interested in social media trends? If so, please keep on reading since we are now looking for an organic social media specialist to join our Marketing & Communication team at ARKET.
Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Working together with Head of Social Media on planning and implementation of the content calendar
Manage ARKET's global organic social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest) based on established strategy and vision
Copywriting for social media
Coordinate with local market teams to secure brand integrity and tone of voice on local social media platforms
On a daily basis, interact with ARKET's social media community and deliver feedback to internal stakeholders
Act as a point of contact between Social Media Customer Service and different stakeholders, oversee and feedback on Customer Services' customer interactions
Social listening, being on top of conversations around the brand and taking action if needed, as well as being reactive coordinator between essential parties
Monitoring and gathering brand mentions across social platforms
Artwork and adjust assets for social media channels
Keep yourself updated with what 's going on within the company, and worldwide in our segment and discipline.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we believe that you are an outgoing, collaborative, proactive and self-driven person who is eager to learn and develop both yourself and the people you work with. You can work both independently but also enjoy being part of a team and achieving things together. To thrive in this role, you need to be communicative, structured and organized, a problem solver that is self-motivated, sees possibilities and has a curious mind. You also have experience from working cross-functionally between several different departments, by relaying relevant customer feedback and driving change.
We'd love to meet someone who:
Has 3+ years of experience in a similar role
Experience from relevant platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube) and tools (Olapic, Iconosquare, Dash Hudson, Sprinklr or similar)
Native English level in both written and verbal communication
Basic image/video editing skills (Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere)
Presentation skills (PowerPoint & Keynote)
Previous copywriting experience is highly favourable
