If so, Volvo Penta has an exciting opportunity for you! We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Order to Customer Process Manager to join our team.

As an Order to Customer Process Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end order fulfillment process and ensuring seamless coordination between Front Office, Process managers and internal teams. You will be the Key User for the Order process and driver of the Market Key User Forum. Resolving issues or discrepancies, and driving process improvements. Your strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and customer-centric approach will contribute to delivering exceptional experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the entire order fulfillment process, from order entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with customer requirements.
Represent both segments in the MSP forum. Bringing up new requests/issues from the markets. Understanding of ongoing activities within MSP process and Projects.
Support Front Office on Order issues and pricing issues in E1. Place IT cases and follow up on them until resolved.
Driving the MKU meetings and follow up on tasks/activities/new CR 's from the Market Key Users. Follow up on that everyone follows standard process. Driving continuous improvements and aligning priorities within the segments.
Analyze order processing metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Stay abreast of industry trends, market demands, and customer requirements to anticipate and address potential challenges in the order process.

Competencies:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience in order management, order processing, or a similar role within the industry or a related field.
Strong understanding of order fulfillment processes, supply chain management, and customer service principles.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and drive process improvements.
Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality in order processing and documentation.
