hela Sverige If you are up for the challenge of developing the next generation of manufacturing facilities and want to be a part of the innovative world of Volvo Group, this is the graduate program for you!
During 15 intense and exciting months, the program will give you a holistic view of the Volvo Group's global truck manufacturing organization. You will get to know our different brands and their plants and learn about our logistics organizations and activities. You will take a deep dive into some specific areas of our business such as manufacturing, health and safety, quality, and continuous improvements, while also learning about the end-to-end flow supply chain, aftermarket parts, and our remanufacturing operations. You will be part of the transformation in our industry, working with new technologies and building the competencies for tomorrow.
In parallel, you will grow your interpersonal skills through individual and team development sessions. You will have a permanent position from day one, with a manager and mentor to support you. You will have the opportunity for several "on-the-job" rotations and experience working on real project assignments. In addition, you will join a number of learning modules where you get together with other program participants to take part in training and events designed to help you grow into your future career at the Volvo Group.

We are now looking for a team member that together with us in Powertrain Manufacturing Engineering will lead the ongoing transformation journey. We have excited times ahead. Electromobility, Sustainability and Digitalization are areas on top of our mind, and here we need your support to boost the development.

You will collaborate with highly talented teams and you will be part of driving the manufacturing development within E-mobility arena. The development will be carried out in close cooperation with colleagues, universities, the Production Sites, Product development and so on. The collaboration possibilities are boundless!
Job Description:
Our team are the forefront in deploying the future for our new product production by e.g. driving research and advance engineering projects for the powertrain. We are looking for a team member, that together with us, will lead the development of manufacturing methods in the E-drive field(Electric drive systems in vehicles). You should be a true believer in sustainability and passionate about the journey towards fossil free drivetrain!
