Organisational context (department, reporting relationships)
This is a role within the Operations team reporting directly to Operations Project Manager and Head of Operations. There is a real opportunity for the right person to learn new products and play an important role within the Operations group.
Job summary (summary purpose and objectives of job)
To be part of an operational project team that looks after and on-boards new payment products/partners. The team will manage and handle the new product-set and document procedures and then pass to the main Operations group in London. Also to support London Operations when required including assisting on any difficult issues that may arise whether that be queries or reconciliation differences. The main focus is project and new set-ups so the individuals need to be able to handle constant change. The structure follows that of a banking environment so therefore financial services experience is required. Envoy is incredibly fast moving has doubled its growth year on year now handling 1,000,000 plus transactions per month and 300 plus bank accounts and providers.
Job content
The initial focus of this role will be to assist the current team member in managing and rolling out new products and supporting the wider operational group.
• daily reconciliation of all key products;
• regular discussions with London to assist on reconciling new partners;
• assisting with query resolution as necessary;
• understanding log-on-system interfaces and billing for each new product;
• interaction with Operations, Risk and IT to develop reconciliation process; and
• to develop written procedures and operational manuals for each product.
Person Specification
Work Experience
Experience of working within a financial services environment is preferred and a sound operational knowledge of the workings of the global banking and other payment systems would be extremely useful.
Experience of dealing with change.

Coverage is provided during standard business hours; shift patterns are 09.00 - 17.30, Monday-Friday. As the company expands there may be a need to work shifts.
Individual will be required to travel to Växjö infrequently and London office every couple of months.
