Deskriptions of tasks:
With the traditional software delivery model evolving into a service delivery model, you will be in the very epicentre of this strategy with Front Arena. You will be part of the Application Management team, based in Stockholm. The team serves our hosted client installations, as part of the Front Arena Managed Services. The installations include exchange and broker integrations, equity and institutional sales, market making, as well as automatic trading. This team is instrumental in the further expansion of the services.
You will be managing the daily operations in the Application Management team, such as staffing, leading change and release management. You will also perform technical and functional analysis, continuous improvement of processes, and progress the proactive monitoring of the installations. Altogether with the aim to deliver highest quality of service to our growing customer base.
We work very closely, and are co-located, with the development teams in Stockholm. This working relationship, and close interaction with our clients, allows the individuals to build in-depth knowledge of our product, the financial markets and thus the ability to provide a very high level of service to our customer base. It is proven a great place to develop your career over the long term. You will be working with domestic as well as international clients.

A passion for financial markets, analytical problem solving skills and ability to build strong relationships with both clients and other teams are, what we believe, core requirements for success! Hands-on experience in financial operations and trading platforms, together with a creative and pragmatic approach to your work. So, are you a creative, passionate and great team player?
• M Sc. in Computer Science or similar degree.
• 5+ years of working experience with real-time financial solutions.
• Thorough knowledge in Electronic Trading and the financial industry.
• Functional understanding of the Equity value chain from Front to Back office.
• A mix of functional and technical competences related to equity and derivatives trading.
• Urge for resolving complex issues.
• Drive to deliver high quality service in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Experience with Front Arena or similar systems.

• FIX protocol

• RDBMS and SQL
• Operating Systems and Networking
