You will be part of an organization called BID Test Environment Design & Operations(BID TE D&O). The mission for BID is to enable cost efficient radio development worldwide with our development environment as a competitive advantage, both for present and future business needs. This will be achieved by enabling flow and transparency, enhance collaboration with aligned ways of working as well as reducing cost through infrastructure sharing. BID TE D&O is responsible for realization of new technology to build and share test environments used by DNEW product development. BID TE D&O is also responsible for test environment infrastructure, the availability of the test environment and various operational aspects related to test environment.
Responsibilities:
We're looking for an Operational Product Owner (OPO) for utilization. As OPO you set the strategy and targets for the utilization area, in cooperation with the supporting line manager. You are also responsible for driving the activities needed to reach the strategy and targets, on a global level. Collaboration with different PDUs and EITTE is an essential part of the role. Success in the utilization area depends on knowing exactly what equipment we have in our labs, how much it is utilized and by whom, A prerequisite for this is having good data in underlying utilization and asset management systems, hence collaboration with EITTE Asset management is essential.
As a utilization OPO your responsibility and tasks include:
Set strategy and targets for the utilization area (together with line)
Define steps needed to reach strategy and targets and drive those
Identify new, and drive existing, utilization initiatives, e.g.
Sharing of expensive telecom equipment
Removal of low utilized equipment
Improvement initiatives
Work globally towards multiple sites and organizations
Identify dependencies towards, and put requirements on other systems, e.g. TEOF, ECUT, TGF, Equipman
Communicate strategies/targets/progress/issues at e.g. BID TE D&O Reference group and LT in a transparent way
Be the leader for the utilization team
Close collaboration with line, EITTE and PDUs
Experience in stakeholder management

Qualifications & Education Requirements:
Msc in IT, Computer Science or equivalent years of experience
Minimum 3 years in a project management role
Very good communication skills
Very good collaboration skills
Very good presentation skills
Structured
Experience in driving projects/teams in a non-local setting, e.g. as a project manager or line manager
Experience in agile and lean ways of working
Knowledge about telecom test environments such as eNodeB, TM500, UCTool, RNC is a merit
Experience in lifecycle management is a merit
Experience from the utilization area is a merit
