Responsibilities:

As an Operational Development Manager you are responsible primarily for supporting the standardization arm of the Operational Development team, focusing on Process Management and Continuous Improvement. The position will be based in Stockholm, Sweden, reporting directly to the Operational Development Director. In the area of process management, you will work on both process alignment and development. From a continuous improvement perspective, you will be expected to establish and implement a process compliance framework.

Your main tasks will consist of, but not be limited to, the following:

• Drive Global Process Standardization
• Ensure alignment between the regional and corporate teams
• Map and document Strategic, Core, and Support processes across the organization
• Drive strategic and effective process gap identification in order to systematically and proactively detect improvement and opportunity areas
• Manage Process Improvement Projects at the global level, and support related efforts within the regions
• Develop and implement a Process Compliance framework that allows immediate identification of non-conformities to established processes at global and regional levels
• Responsible for reviewing, analyzing , and facilitating approved process change requests
• Responsible for maintaining the most updated process versions within the Transcom Process House
• Develop and implement a Process Audit framework and system for all established processes within the Transcom Process House (global and regional levels)
• Responsible for reporting regular Process Audit results

Professional qualifications/Specific knowledge:

• Degree or exam from higher education in relevant area
• Solid knowledge and experience of the Customer Services Industry - COPC certification is a merit
• Have a Six Sigma or Green Belt accreditation is an advantage.
• PMP Certification is an advantage.
• Excellent IT skills
• Fluent in English, verbally and in writing.

The person we are looking for is very committed and energetic, having great understanding and experience of Customer Services Industry. Becoming a key influencer in a global company, with global responsibilities, you must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to cooperate with various stakeholders in a multi-cultural environment.

As a person you must also be focused on results and have hiqh quality standards. You are self-motivated and have the ability to keep a positive attitude under pressure. You must have excellent communication skills and have an interest in cooperating and managing large teams, with expertise in process development aptitude. The position is global so you must be highly flexible and able to travel.
