Job Description
In this Online Merchandiser role you are a part of the EU Merchandising Team and your responsibility is to maximize net sales and profitability for the total store in EU - short & long term.
This role is not connected to a specific concept, instead you will have a top-down and total overview of the store, working close to Head of Merchandising and Supply Chain Merchandiser. Your main responsibility will be to drive projects connected to Merchandising, support the concept merchandisers in both operational and strategic work as well as making overall analysis to optimize our customer offer and maximize growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive and optimize net selling, growth and profit through independent initiatives, analysis and assigned projects
Through competitor analysis, take short and long-term actions to increase selling based on relevant sales and customer behavior - always putting our customer at the center
Drive conversion - constantly look for opportunities to increase conversion rate based on customer behavior and sales follow up to optimize profitable short and long-term
Follow-up the final customer offer on site and apply learnings on coming actions
Support Head of Merchandising to drive long-term reduction strategies and follow-up of those
Collaborate and support the Online Merchandisers in the team, in both operational and strategic work

Experience from merchandising and/or online controlling/assortment controlling
Strong ability to turn plans into actions, constantly hunting for and finding potential and improvements
Prioritization skills - Good at having an overview and prioritize in a complex environment with a problem-solving attitude
Curious and excited to about finding and testing new ways to optimize our customer offer and selling
Leadership experience/qualities and is a natural team player with straightforward communication skills
Fluent communication in English (both written and spoken)
Additional information
The position based in Stockholm and is a permanent full-time position.
