Diaverum is taking the next step in providing professional and secure IT services and solutions to our renal healthcare professionals and patients around the world.
We are now looking for an IT Service Manager to oversee our Global IT Support team.
About the position
The Diaverum Global IT Support team is a part of the IT Operations team, which is responsible for delivering IT services and solutions for the entire Diaverum group. The main responsibility is to provide a global network with high accessibility to our servers, computers and tablets as well as to our systems and applications, which include our inhouse developed clinical IT systems and third-party systems for non-clinical functions. Global IT Support runs the global IT helpdesk and handles service tickets and incidents from users. The team is also working pro-actively with incident prevention through system monitoring and dashboards.
Our users are healthcare professionals and renal patients in Diaverum clinics around the world, as well as other staff at our country and corporate headquarters. Our goal is to provide our users with the best possible infrastructure and services, and thereby provide a good basis for the company's digital transformation.
As an IT Service Manager at Diaverum, you will be responsible for a small team that really makes a difference for both our staff and our patients. In your role, you will lead and support your team to secure the IT operations for our users 365 days a year 24/7. You will have ownership of our Service Desk and support process.
To succeed with this, you will work together with your internal network within IT, as well as with the rest of the organization globally. Further you will interface our external partners and suppliers.

Who are you?
To be successful in this role we believe that you need at least a few years' experience as a Helpdesk/Service Manager or from a similar role. You have a strong technical background from IT with a sincere interest in service management and customer service. A true belief in what difference a good customer experience can mean, is part of your DNA. Further we believe that you have excellent leadership and people management skills.
