As an OMNI Merchandiser you will optimize and drive a clear strategy and manage a strong OMNI customer offer to secure maximized selling, stock management and profitability on your concept and markets.
Main responsibilities:
Drive profitability and net growth on your concept and support/enable to execution of the commercial plan, adapting to local needs when necessary.
Constantly monitor channel selling from a product perspective and take actions connected to opportunities and threats.
Optimize net selling through setting clear commercial focuses and quantified goals for follow up.
Secure the optimal supply of products and quantities to meet customer demand and optimize sales to stock ratio through strategies related to allocation and stock management -consistently following up on size curve quality.
Work cross functional with E.com team and Area Teams to optimize the total customer experience in each channel and location.
Secure the commercial impact of key products by influencing the buying levels and setting the right quantities in store.
Optimize the effect of reductions through sale, activities and price adjustments.
Continuously monitor and take actions to secure and optimize stock balance on your concepts, in both digital and physical channels
Continuously monitor upcoming trends, fashion developments, local market needs for your customer and take actions accordingly.
Developing ways of working, finding the best methods to constant improve our business.
Qualifications
To thrive in this role we see you are driven by analysis and feel excited about working in a fast paced and fast changing environment.
What you need to succeed:
You have a background that provides a thorough and holistic understanding of ecommerce and retail business.
You have a track record of results from previous roles preferably within Merchandising, E-commerce, Business Analyst/Controlling.
Experience in Power BI, Excel, Hybris/Appeaser, Assortment Planning tools, BONO/%admin tool is a plus - combined with an eagerness to learn
Spoken and written language skills: professional-level English or native English
You can easily see the bigger picture, set the right priorities for yourself and lead others to do so too.
You stay calm and true to yourself even under great stress and high pressure.

This is a full-time temporary position, starting April 1st or as soon as possible, based at Weekday's Head Office in Stockholm, Sweden.
