<p>Just Arrived is, on behalf of our client Readly, looking for a extraordinary Office Manager. Readly's goal is to be on the cutting edge of the digital magazine revolution. They want to reinvent the magazine ecosystem by connecting content creators and publishers with readers all over the world, making content available, affordable and sustainable.The company has just left the start-up scene and is now on its way to become a proven scale-up with great organic growth. They are just about to move in to a brand new office in central Stockholm and are looking for an Office Manager who wants to be a part of the journey!</p>

<p>The position is based at Readly's office in Stockholm. This is a full-time position and you will be working office hours Monday to Friday. To start with, this is a six month consultant assignment, however, for the right person there will be an opportunity for long-term employment. You will be employed by Just Arrived and work as an Consultant at Readly. <p><strong>Your role as Office Manager</strong></p>

<p>As an Office Manager your main responsibility is to make sure that the office works efficiently and is welcoming to visitors and colleagues. You will be the first person visitors meet, and will therefore have the opportunity to create a great first impression of Readly. This is a new role at Readly which means that your duties can vary over time. You will for example:</p>

<ul>
<li>Manage the reception</li>
<li>Office responsibility for both premises and materials</li>
<li>Help keep the office nice and clean</li>
<li>Have contact with suppliers regarding equipment and premises</li>
<li>Booking of travel, premises and food</li>
<li>Various administrative tasks</li>
<li>Be helpful to colleagues with different tasks</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>About you</strong></p>

<p>We are looking for someone who's passionate about being an Office Manager. We think you who are serviceminded, love to keep things in order and has the ability to take initiative and come up with ideas. As a person you are kind, prestigeless, driven, positive and you always strive to do that little extra. To be orderly falls naturally and you enjoy to work in a structured manner even though your surroundings can be very dynamic. This is important as you will have many and varied tasks that can change over time. <br />
In terms of qualifications, it is important that you</p>

<ul>
<li>Speak english fluently</li>
<li>Have good computer skills</li>
</ul>
