The Role

Our team is growing and we are currently looking for two new Office IT Specialists to strengthen our Internal IT team. As Office IT Specialist you report to the Head of Internal IT and will collaborate closely with other Office IT Specialists and our IT Helpdesk function. You will lead and work hands-on with new systems implementations and integrations and assure that existing services are working as intended and according to SLAs and IT Policy. You will also research and suggest improvements to existing systems as well as new technologies and tools to assure that the Business is using the best processes and solutions.

You will contribute & make an impact through:

• Deciding on and implementing new systems and tools we use in our daily work, as well as maintaining them
• Planning project scopes and deliveries in collaboration with other stakeholders
• Participating in IT and Business projects as technical specialist
• Working with continuously developing our internal IT processes, such as Problem Management, Change Management, and Incident Management, and participate actively in their execution
• Define routines, solutions, and workarounds in collaboration with our IT Helpdesk function
• Managing new and existing vendors, suppliers, and partners and be part of the technical discussions as subject matter expert
• Planning and leading internal educational sessions across all functional areas within the Business
• Ensuring systems and services comply with the Company Information Security Policy in terms of Confidentiality, Integrity, Availability, and Traceability
• Assisting IT Helpdesk function in a 2nd- or 3rd-line capacity

About you

Communicative - Good social skills and ability to talk to many different stakeholders, including external suppliers. Comfortable with educating others (team members and end-users) in technical concepts

Team player - Willing to help other team members when needed (even 1st-line support, as this can be required by the role to a certain extent)

Curious - Wanting to learn more and excited about new technologies and tools that can help others

Having integrity - Ability to say no, prioritize and argue for a certain strategy

Your background
We don't think one size fits all, but a successful candidate might have the following:

• Solid background from working in a similar I role in a business supporting function
• Experience working with SaaS tools and cloud-first strategy
• Experience from SSO and cloud service integrations
• Experience from remote client management
• Experience working in a mixed client environment (PC, Apple, Chromebook)
• Experience working with Google Workspace and Google Meet technologies
• It is meritorious if you have experience from working with JumpCloud and Atlassian products
• It will also be seen as meritorious if you have experience working with network and VPN concepts, IP telephony, operational IT security (anti-malware, spam mitigation, etc), system integration processes, and working according to ITIL
• Excellent spoken and written skills in English are required. Swedish is not required

This role is based at our headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden. The position will require occasional support after business hours and travels to offices within Sweden and other countries.
