Office Assistant

Reachin Technologies is a world leading provider of haptic (advanced force-feedback) solutions. Reachin develops enabling software and hardware platforms for high quality, high fidelity 3D environments within industries such as computer entertainment, medical, manufacturing and R&D markets worldwide. Reachin provides turnkey platforms, which seamlessly integrate development and display of sophisticated touch enabled 3D applications. Our main products, HaptX and the Reachin API, are both designated middleware for advanced haptic applications. Our customers work in areas such as computer games, medical visualization, R&D, industrial simulation, and 3D modeling and design.

The position is available for candidates with the right profile and ability to work between 60% - 100% of a full time position.

Primary Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assume primary responsibility for our office and back office functions, including office facilities, mail and telephone.

• Manage vendor relations and logistics such as agreements and parcels.

• Manage office supplies and inventory

Secondary Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in business administration.

• Assist in our sales & marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

• High level of service awareness and ability to manage and communicate with staff, customers and partners.

• Excellent written and oral communications

• Ability to manage and drive initiatives and projects related to the primary job responsibilities

• Attention to details and ability to see tasks through to completion.

• Computer experience in primarily the Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

• Flexible and accustomed to high pace working environment.

• Fluent in Swedish and business English

• Professional in appearance

Optional qualifications

• Experience from billing and accounting

• Drivers license
