As Inside Sales Account Manager (ISAM) you will be responsible for working closely with the in-country Sales Account Managers of the Norweigan market. You will manage an assigned territory via telephone to source potential customers and identify networking requirements. You track multiple sales opportunities, manage the sale cycle from opportunity to closure and you are responsible for achieving quarterly and annual goals.
It is important that you understand the business and environment of customers to turn opportunities into sales projects supporting customer strategy. You will work with existing and new clients, 80/20%. You will be supported and working with one of the strongest brands on the market. You understand customer needs, maintain and increase customer satisfaction, develop and negotiate contracts and agreements. Financial, forecasting and delivery is highly expected. You report to the Line Manager on location in Copenhagen. The position is based in Copenhagen.
Who are you?
You have a University degree or equal education in IT, Business Administration or alike. You have at least 3 years of experience from sales. You are fluent in Norweigan and English. Good computer skills are a must.
As ISAM you enjoy a sales position and you love to achieve and exceed budget goals annually. You are success-driven, loves to work in multinational team environment and enjoy a changing environment.
It is highly expected that you love sales and you are a Businessman- or woman. You have bias for action, interpersonal effectiveness, customer orientation, excellent human relationship skills at all levels and a strong focus on delivery. You keep deadlines and you are a skilled negotiator. Furthermore you are a good colleague with a diplomatic and strong will.
