MultiMind is now looking for a Nordic Retail Marketing Project Manger for an exciting 1-year consultancy opportunity at an international consumer electronics company. If everything goes well, and both parties are satisfied with the collaboration after the first year, then there are great opportunties for an extension afterwards.

About the role The Nordic Retail Marketing Project Manager is responsible for driving Nordic retail projects as well as design, produce, install and maintain display fixtures in the retail environment for Nordic accounts. The Nordic Retail Marketing Project Manager is further responsble for ensuring retail consistency in the Nordics, work with retail marketing strategies and store display implementations with the objective of increasing Nordic sell out and brand preference.
Key responsibilities For Nordic projects, the Retail Marketing Project Manager will lead the projects and guide local country teams in the roll-out and maintenance of retail environments
Responsible for the full lifecycle of Nordic retail displays: design, producing, instalment, maintenance.
Responsible for Nordic Retail Marketing IM budget framework: budget planning, follow up and contracts.
Responsible for aligning with category marketing, channel marketing and sales to maintain good and productive relations with costumers.
Proactively identify improvement areas for our client's retail presence in the Nordics, e.g. quality, design and maintenance of material related to permanent or semi-permanent shop installations
Responsible for the local eHQ/HQ-reporting.
The profile We are looking for:
At least 2 years' retail project experience
University degree, major in marketing is not required but a merit
Good language skills; local language fluency and excellent English.
MS Office proficiency, mainly Excel and PowerPoint
For this role we will further be focusing on your skills and attributes. This role calls for a do'er, who can take initiative and follow through with the implementation. You strategic thinking will also come into play, so therefore, we are looking for someone, who understands retail analysis and can translate it into actions. Since you will be working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, it is key that you are structured and flexible. You will be working with a range of stakeholder, both internal and external, and consequently, you need to be cooperative as well.
