We now would like to add a Consulting Manager to lead and manage the Global Consulting Practice's (GCP) service horizontal offerings in the NORDIC. In the role you will be reporting to the Nordics Director and you will have some regional practice consultants (responsible for different service horizontals) report into you. The role is based out of in Stockholm, Sweden, though depending on actual business requirements travel within Sweden and/or to India will be required from time to time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible to lead and manage a team responsible for the GCP service horizontals offerings in the Nordics region. The leader is expected to have and/or quickly acquire strong knowledge of TCSs service horisontal offerings.
• Identify trends in the region and develop/tailor GCP service horizontal offerings accordingly.
• Excellent flair in developing IT strategies in alignment with business strategies and long term strategy roadmap for clients.
• Responsible for P & L Mgmt, including revenue, utilization, practice staffing and recruiting, collaboration with sales.
• Create attractive/valuable consulting service horizontal offerings aligned with market needs and drive revenue growth efforts.
• Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients, senior staff and CXO execs.
• Strong consulting/professional service practice skills to be able to help GCP and customers achieve their goals.
• Establish and maintain a culture that encourages professional growth and development of people.
KEY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Minimum 8 years consulting and professional services experience.
• IT management consulting, pre-sales, sales and IT Services delivery.
• Very good knowledge of offerings, processes and operations in an offshore centric environment.
• Experience of working in multicultural environment.
• Business development and creating GTM strategy.
• CXO level client relationship management.
• Leading engagements and developing solutions for clients.
