hela Sverige As our Nordic Clinical Application Consultant, you work with our state-of-the-art Ascom product portfolio will be responsible of performing workflow analysis, coordinating and conducting end-user training and go-live support, as well as professional clinical consultation for the commissioning of Ascom Applications. The activities will be throughout the Nordic Region, why many travel days are expected.
The position can either be attached to the Gothenburg or Stockholm office, and you will be a part of the new established Professional Services Team and report to our Nordic Professional Services Director who is located in Denmark. The Nordic Professional Services Team works in medium to large and complex projects.
Your background is a public authorized nurse with practical experience of the use of IT-systems, preferably as a key user or system administrator or/and a degree in IT. Alternatively, you may have the equivalent knowledge from clinical departments. It is important to us that you have inside knowledge of the healthcare, as it enables you to understand the customers' requirements and provide the right solutions. Experience of clinical workflow throughout the hospital departments is an advantage, as well as having good basic IT skills.
