Your role will be to further foster a culture of improvement and digitalization. You will be responsible for the Airlog operating systems, to further develop the system processes and to strengthening the knowledge, skills and behaviors throughout the Airfreight organization.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Responsible for the Airlog operating systems including analysis, set ups, testing, system maintenance, system support for users and controlling of utilization.
• Plan and co-ordinate the mapping of the Swedish Airfreight operational process in each branch.
• To improve working procedures and practices in line with the requirements of corporate, regional and national business field management.
• Optimization of business processes aiming at improving efficiency and quality of operative/administrative work flows
• Implement new and existing processes into the Shared Service Centres in line with SE business management
• Identify, define and monitor KPIs. Root cause analysis and support of the airfreight organization in regards to the operational KPI's
• Organization and moderation of internal workshops and training of staff for optimal use of systems to achieve increased efficiency and profitability
• To assist NA with projects connected with Process engineering and process improvement
• Work closely with Competence Center for Processes and systems team, RA-C , RA-N and Nordic ZA-C/N,s including participate in specific projects
• Facilitate and foster the Continuous Improvement process and culture across the Division and KN network by sharing best practice, experience, tools and methodologies

Your skills and experience

• Business Computer Scientist or similar academic background
• Good knowledge and experience in process analysis and modelling of business processes
• Excellent airfreight knowledge
• Experience in training, presentation, moderation and implementation
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate others
• Very good analytical skills, creative, structured and goal-oriented way of working
• Sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
• Strong service orientation, culturally aware, open minded, willing to learn
• Flexibility and willingness to travel
• High level of IT expertise. Excellent knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of KN internal system would be of advantage (CIEL, KN-Login, BO, etc.)
