We promote luxury properties in South Europe and other very warm locations that Scandinavian are dreaming about. We are present in the market "Köpa hus utomlands" (buy house abroad). Our customers are Real estate brokers all over the world. They publish ads to our website buying packages of advertising. The company was created in February 2012. The project has been started in 2010 and continues to develop every day.
We are looking for a motivated, organized and professional sales developer to help us grow in our market. The candidate must be willing to learn our approach and be fluent in English. Other language like Spanish, Portuguese are welcome and a big plus to succeed to communicate well with our customers. We are a web based business so we need someone that has a good
knowledge of IT and its latest technology. We will train the right candidate to analyze our market deeply with analytics tools and statistics. We want someone curious about the changes, the competitors and the tendencies of our market. This is a great opportunity for a money-chasing person with a gift for sales and customer service. Advertising experience or exposure to a fast
paced sales environment would be beneficial.
Requirement:
• Prospecting new contacts.
• Analyzing the local demands.
• Managing marketing campaigns.
• Entertaining a good relationship with customers.
• Performing an activity Reporting to the manager.
• Cold calling to as many prospect as possible.
• Available for traveling abroad (not mandatory).
• Participate in Fairs in Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Norway.
• Close deals.
Profile:
• Minimum of a Bachelor degree in Business or Marketing.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office pack.
• Knowledge of web technologies is a plus.
• CRM software knowledge.
We provide a good sales training and we are looking to someone willing to prove that we can trust he will bring revenue to our company. Salary can be discussed but we are looking for someone that knows how to build his/hers salary with commissions.
