Our Digital Solutions and IT department is now looking for a skilled IT Specialist with experience in Microsoft 365 who loves working with the user experience of Microsoft 365 solutions. Our team focus is to enable a secure growth journey and digital collaboration.
You will play a key role in our user adoption of our Microsoft 365 solutions. You will step directly into an exciting ongoing transformation of our way of services, identities, and apps with Microsoft 365.
Responsibilities Will Include:
Deliver service and support to our internal business users by trouble shooting, finding solutions, and answering technical questions for issues related to Microsoft 365 apps.
Implementation/management of internal IT projects
User support and training
Administration and troubleshooting of the Microsoft 365 environment (Azure AD, Intune, Windows Defender, Teams, OneDrive & SharePoint, Office)
Managing Licenses
Work on the transition of our devices to Intune and Autopilot.
Deliver service and support to our internal business users by trouble shooting, finding solutions, and answering technical questions for issues related to Microsoft 365 apps.
Requirements:
Extensive IT knowledge
Solid knowledge within Microsoft 365: Experience with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive.
Azure Active Directory.
Understand M365 license model.
Experience from user adoption within Microsoft 365.
Good analytical skills and the ability to visualize and document solutions.
Ability to work according to standardized processes.
Very good communication skills.
Fluent in Swedish and English, speaking and writing.
A big plus if you have experience with:
Azure Cloud services.
Power BI.
Jira.
