Membership Program Manager
Lynk & Co is seeking a Membership Program Manager to build, develop and execute our global rewards program. We aim to engage and reward people for being an active part of the sharing economy and provide our members with tailored life-style experiences and content.
As Membership Program Manager you will have the responsibility for developing the strategy for Lynk & Co's global membership program as well as overseeing the market specific deployments and adaptions together with the local teams. You will be responsible for our partner offers and the position includes designing and negotiating different partner collaborations.
In order to be successful within this position you will have vast experience within the field of consumer loyalty programs and partner negotiations. If you then possess a creative but structured mindset with a good feel for project management in combination with a positive spirit and strong team player skills you have the key characteristics we are looking for in this recruitment.
The position is based in Gothenburg with a global responsibility, which will involve frequent travelling.
Responsibilities and tasks include
- Be responsible for the strategic design, development and implementation of the global Lynk & Co Membership Program.
- Main contact for loyalty program platform provider and creative agency in loyalty program development projects.
- Liaise with the business areas in the development and implementation of consumer engagement projects.
- Strategic selection and negotiation of partnerships in co-operation with the different markets and membership program platform provider.
- Prepare, develop and implement training material in order to secure awareness of the Lynk & Co Membership Program.
- Secure budget on a global and market specific level for Lynk & Co's Membership Program.
- Work closely with all departments and markets to ensure the Membership Program planning and implementation works smoothly for all aspects of the company.

- Previous experience in a similar role in retail or hospitality business
