For our client we are looking for a Master Data Analyst for Vendor Master Data!
The Master Data Analyst will lead business initiative "Process, Business Rules and Activities for securing Vendor Master Data Quality":
• Current state analysis and desired state definition for working methodically with vendor master data quality
• Setting up plan for 2024, definition of stakeholders, roles and responsibilities required to achieve targets
• Lead execution of the set plan, including collaboration with: Business Process Owner for Supplier Management, Vendor Master Data team (who focus on SAP S4/HANA & SAP MDG implementation and data migration) and Data quality team (QING) to hands-on update data in source system
• Expected result: established process and business rules to hand over to maintenance after initiative completion
The Master Data Analyst will give operational support after go-live in SAP S4/HANA release in May 2024:
• 15 000 vendors uploaded to SAP in May, need for hypercare and trouble-shooting
• Support the AMS (application management support) team in terms of efficient incident management and providing business input where necessary

Qualifications
• You hold a University degree within Data/IT/computer science or equivalent.
• You have relevant business and technical knowledge
• You have 5+ years experience with vendor data management in SAP S4/HANA.
• You have SAP Analytics knowledge (SAP Fiori, SAP Analytics Cloud).
• You are fluent in English, both written and oral.
• Knowledge in Swedish is a merit.

Admission and Application
Full time, office hours.Our clients policy is being at the office 3 workdays per week. Our client wishes to start immediately and the assignment is expected to run until 2024-12-31 with possibility of extension. You will be employed by JobBusters as a consultant with our exciting client in Södertälje.
