Marketing Statistician
HansaWorld is looking for a motivated self starter to join us as a Marketing Statistician. The Marketing Statistician will help optimise our marketing efforts by providing critical analyses of complex marketing campaigns. They are responsible for building statistical models to improve campaign performance internationally. Responsibilities
• Analysing results of marketing campaigns, and sales in a number of different channels
• Supporting the development of marketing strategies by providing analytical customer insights
• Analysing online marketing efforts using both Google Analytics and own tools for analysis
• Monitoring and analysing social media efforts
• Consult on ways to improve marketing results by leveraging analytic insights.
• Presenting results to Management and Operations
• Advising Management on key decisions based on results
• Other day to day tasks
Skills:
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Excellent planning, organisational and coordination skills
• Flexibility to adjust to new environment and processes
• Self starter and self-motivated
Requirements
• Bachelor degree or diploma
• 1+ years experience in the area of sales, accounting, marketing or a related field
• Highly skilled in summarising and presenting analytic insights.
• IT literate
• Experience in a fast paced office environment
• Excellent English language skills
• SAS, SPSS and/or Stata skills are beneficial
Organisation Relationships:
The Marketing Statistician reports directly to the Marketing Manager and to other HQ staff when required.
