On behalf of our client we are looking for a marketing production coordinator to join an in-house finance company of one of the world 's major telecom operators. They are the little company in the big company with about 110 people who work flexibly and purposefully towards resolving customers problems. Telecom and finance are a match made in heaven and they create technical solutions for their customers that enables them to work as seamlessly as possible. Together they are a part of shaping the new generation telco. The business concept is to provide innovative financing solutions to increase the value towards its customers and partners.

Dina arbetsuppgifter
We want to welcome you to a true entrepreneurial and fast paced environment where you can do what you love - editing and produce content in different touch points. You will coordinate the implementation of various customer communications with internal and external stakeholders in the Nordic and Baltic markets. You work closely with the company 's ad agency, business area managers and product managers to deliver on an aggressive time plan. You will focus on the consumer business and production lead the whole documentation cycle. Along with this you ensure that corporate design and quality standards are met on all creative materials. Further, you are also creating a monthly letter for the Phoenix project, which includes both layout and content. This is a role where you can manage multitasking on a high level and enjoy working with a big variety of tasks from the creative process to efficient production with tight deadlines.

Kvalifikationer
• 1-3 years of similar experience, preferably from a production role or marketing assistant
• Experience from a service oriented role
• Experience and knowledge in using tools like Episerver, Sharepoint and/or the Adobe Suite with focus on InDesign and Illustrator
• Fluent in Swedish and English, in both written and verbal
• Strong advantage with knowledge in more than one Nordic language

To succeed in this role, you have a great eye for detail, a doer attitude and always finish what you started. You enjoy working in a dynamic and fast paced environment and have the ability to keep a structured work flow in all situations. You can organize, prioritize and execute accordingly to the set plan and have great communication skills both through speech and writing. Also, you like to deliver world class service and see the solution before the problem.
