• Continue to develop Lift Trucks marketing and communication plan with clear deliverables and objectives together with our Marketing Specialist
• Analyze and understand market trends and distributor requirements and recommend changes to the marketing strategy based on analysis and feedback
• Prepare, follow up and adhere to a marketing budget
• Manage the creation and delivery of PR material, such as press releases, newsletters, SoM presence, advertisement, as well as measure their effectiveness
• Manage and develop product and product launch marketing and marketing material
• Deepen relationships with the media to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of the organization
• Develop and execute new marketing ideas and concepts
• Cooperate with other BU/BA and corporate marketing departments as required

We are looking for an experienced but hands-on marketer with a proven competency in copy righting, product marketing, managing projects and with relevant university degree and work experience. It is highly preferable if you have experience from working in an international setting within machinery business sold through a distributor network.
You will need to be a highly motivated self-starter, be able to work across a diversity of cultures, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will comfortably liaise vertically throughout the leadership structure as well as horizontally across departments. The position requires close cooperation with the global management team located in Markaryd, Sweden. You can manage and work with people both as direct reports and in matrixes.
You must be able to work both on strategic and operational level and have the skills and organizational flair to execute strategies and tasks effectively. Fluency in English required. Ability and willingness to regular travel internationally is required.
