As a Marketing & Communications Project Manager you will drive marketing and communications projects in the global Marketing & Communications team. In this role, you will manage and coordinate various projects and initiatives across the business area. You will work closely with internal cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure that the brand is consistently represented and effectively communicated to the audiences.
In this role your primary responsibilities are as follows:
• Project manage, implement, measure, and report on projects and initiatives
• Responsible for coordinating and development of product launch marketing material and local implementation
• Create communications content such as articles, newsletters, videos, campaigns, training sessions, and internal/external activities
• Coordinate translations and cooperation 's with external partners like agencies, photographer, etc.
The role as Marketing & Communications Project Manager is a short-term consultant assignment starting in March and ending in June 2023. Selection is ongoing, please do not hesitate with sending in your application.
About yourself
You have an educational background in business administration, marketing, communications or similar. Also, you have at least three years ' experience in marketing, branding and communications with focus on project management.
Important for the role:
• Proven track record of successful project delivery, including budget and timeline management
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and coordinating with external partners and agencies
• Expertise in using project management tools and software
• High professional level of written and spoken English
As a person, you have strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once. You can work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities. Furthermore, you are comfortable communicating with different target groups and can build networks, both externally and internally.
