hela Sverige Fazer Retail is now looking for a Marketing & Category Manager to strengthen our team. The Marketing & Category Manager has a key function in the organization with responsibility for the marketing and category work on our exciting growth journey.
The role includes digital marketing, marketing in the stores, product portfolio planning and development as well as more administrative and routine based tasks. It's a broad role that demands an understanding of the organization in its entirety and how production capacity and sales are related to the market and category work. The role is more focused towards category management and product portfolio development than marketing. It requires that you have good co-operation skills since you will work closely with the production and sales management to understand current production capabilities and commercial needs. You will report directly to the Customer experience & Marketing Director who is stationed at Fazer's headquarters in Vantaa, Finland. Therefore, you must be self-sufficient and enjoy taking great responsibility.
To succeed in the role you need to be self-driven, customer-oriented, have a positive mindset and a prestigeless attitude. We expect you to be the customers advocate in the organization providing the rest of the organization with valuable customer insights and suggestions on improvements.
Fazer Retail is part of Fazer Group. In Sweden, Fazer Retail operates under the brand Gateau. In this role you will have opportunity to work with a brand well known for its artisan bakery with high-quality products.
Job summary:
Marketing management
• Create, plan and implement marketing plans and shop sales processes in co-operation with the team
• Brand implementation in all marketing channels and follow up
• Yearly / monthly / weekly marketing planning, execution and analysis including all channels - stores, online, web pages and some, influencer marketing
• Social Media management incl. campaigns and customer dialogue
• Coordinating design of marketing materials for stores and digital channels
• Campaign info & operation tools to stores
Category management
• Product portfolio planning and development
• Managing and organizing category management and product development processes
• Analysis and reporting of category performance
• Product presentation and planogram development
• Sourcing of new products
Key requirements:
• Master 's or Bachelor 's degree in marketing
• Minimum 2 years in suchlike tasks, Category Management, Marketing, Digital Marketing. Preferably in FMCG or Retail.
• Good knowledge of category management and product development
• Marketing automation
• Webpage platforms
• Social media management
• Photoshop, InDesign
• Project management skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Good co-operative skills
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Experience from working with production in bakery industry
